    Task and Responsibility:

    • Sales Strategy: Setting up specific B2B development lans in the term of short and long run;
    • Maket Development: Identifying new markets with translation in toappropriate propositions, developing new key account customers while expanding exsiting business, and generating/converting leads;
    • Prodcut Strategy: Performing SWOT analysis with sales angle for detailed product lines, developing new concepts and attack plan;
    • Cost control according to the company’s guideline, providing analysis with good ROI perspectives;
    • Team managemant, with strong leadership skills.

     

    Profile:

    • You have a HBO / WO- work and thinking level;
    • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a commercial function B2B;
    • Knowledge of networking products or similar industry is a plus;
    • You are experienced in developing comprehensive solutions and good in cost control;
    • You are experienced in making sales targets and marketing strategies;
    • You have a large network and be able to develop these;
    • You are a driven team player;
    • Knowledge of English and Dutch language (both in writing and speaking) is a MUST.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Marketing Planning - Develop marketing strategies and plans, including sales/marketing collateral to support identified marketing programs/campaigns;
    • Product Positioning – Develop differentiated positioning and messaging, by personas for each target market;
    • Sales Enablement – Develop value propositions, tools and cheat sheets to arm internal sales teams with the resources they need to convince customers to buy our products/services/solutions;
    • Launches – Manage product launches, coordinating with Sales team and the rest of the marketing teams;
    • Customer Insights – be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; communicate real customer requirements and provide input into product management on enhancements and future direction;
    • Market Intelligence – Understand the market categories we compete in; stay on top of the market and our competition; Arm product management and sales with competitive analysis and rebuttals;

    Requirements

    • BA - Required
    • Minimum 5 to 7 years of marketing management experience required
    • Knowledge of English and Dutch language (both in writing and speaking) is a MUST
    • Ability to think strategically and translate market requirements and complex technical features into comprehensive and cohesive value propositions
    • Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute multiple projects on-time and within budget
    • Self-starter & hands-on mentality

    Responsibilities

    • Act as a technical resource to the TP-Link B2B Sales team for all technical pre- and after sales activities and product related inquiries;
    • You will conduct onsite product demonstrations, answer technical questions, contribute to proposals, analyze clients’ needs, and develop technical solutions in a pre-sales environment;
    • Become the technical subject matter expert on TP-Link Business Networking products, features, functions, and benefits, while being able to share that knowledge with audiences at all levels of the partner or customer;
    • Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills;
    • Work with the TP-Link Business Sales team on strategic sales initiatives (customer outreach, Channel training, etc.) to grow the TP-Link business in The Netherlands;
    • Understand customer and partner requirements to then successfully present and deploy a full TP-Link Business solutions;
    • Create design/deployment guides for both external and internal audiences;
    • Traveling 50% to customers and partners in The Netherlands.

     

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Proven track record of 1-3 years in a sales engineering capacity;
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Dutch & English) is a MUST.
    • Expert knowledge in full stack networking, wireless site surveys, network design, network security strategies, capacity planning, and common networking deployment challenges;
    • Expert knowledge in end-to-end network troubleshooting;
    • Familiarity with LAN design including building redundant networks, routing protocol design, and high availability strategies (multicast, VLAN’s, RSTP, OSPF, VRRP, DHCP, TCP, UDP, RADIUS);
    • Familiarity with wireless networking fundamentals including site survey activities, high density planning/troubleshooting, and roaming (802.11a/b/g/n/ac, WPA2, 802.1x, EAP, etc.);
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities;
    • CCNA, CCNP certification is a plus;
